With a Trouble Ticket are activated all the integration mechanisms with the production and our vertical for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The parameter’s exception approved by the lab, automatically generates the opening of a Trouble Ticket which is passed-on to the production and maintenance process. Once the needed corrective actions have been taken, the lab is informed and can start planning a new cycle of analyses to verify the action which going through closes the Ticket.
